Should you require any help with placing your order, our sales, customer services and technical staff are on hand to provide full support. Use the channels below to contact them for all enquiries about stock, quotations or lead times, or if you have a technical question about a product.





Track your order at all times

If you are a PRC. mainland registered customer, you will be able to track your online order*. Simply click the 'Track Delivery' link when viewing your order in 'My Orders' to see the status of your delivery. If you have items on back order, our sales team will be able to advise on lead times.

Proactively informing you of unforeseen delays

We aim to deliver your goods promptly and efficiently. However, there may be times when part or all of your order is delayed due to factors beyond our control. In such circumstances our Sales staff will keep you informed and provide alternatives where possible.

Same day despatch

If it is before 5 p.m. (excluding weekends, holidays in mainland China and other mainland China holidays), we usually send inventory on the day of receipt of the order.

Orders will be sent to mainland China by express or carrier. Only the goods in stock can be used for the delivery of the day.
